Dong Guan Shun Jun Plastic Molds Co., Ltd was established in 2001, staffed with over 120 experienced engineers and workers, professionally dealing with develop, design and manufacture of various kinds of precision plastic mold, especially large-scale molds.
Our factory is located at the intersection of Chang'an Town and HuMen Town of Dongguan City where the manufacturing industry is well developed. The company enjoys a convenient transportation, only ten minutes drive from the entries of Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway.
Over the past few years the company is devoted to improving customers' competitiveness with lower price and better quality. We have established stable business relationship with many companies from North America, Europe as well as Asian countries such as: Moen, ShopVac, Coxon, Media & BBK etc.
Our moulds are covering many fields like shower, refrigerator component, vacuum cleaner and other household electrical appliances etc. And our injection molding machines are capable from 60 tons to 1300 tons.
The latest software systems are adopted for product analysis and mold design, which effectively enhance mold's quality and processing speed. Besides, high-precision CNC, EDM, CMM and other advanced process equipment in our plant also promote our production capacity to a higher level.
